About the event

Bring a yoga mat or blanket for an hour sound bath. We will be guiding you through a sound meditation along the New England Shore as you listen to drumming, Wind and Large earth gongs, metal and crystal singing bowls, wave instuments and buoy bells. 

The cost is $20.00

Reservation required.  

All ages are welcome, and we ask that children be old enough to sit or lay quietly for an hour during the event.
