About the event
Bring a yoga mat and sleeping bag! We will gather to say hello and share some loving kindness with the animals, then lay on the grass or upstairs in the barn for a beautiful fall sound bath!
Please arrive 15 min early. Pets are not allowed and children must stay on the mat with adults at all times.
We will be upstairs if weather is rainy and the barn is not ADA.
Hoodies and shirts will be for sale.
